What size are our bum bags?
Our bum bags are classified as medium-sized, with dimensions as follows:
- Width: 30cm
- Height: 15cm
- Depth: 8cm
Please be aware that the exact measurements may differ by approximately 1cm between each bum bag.
How long/short is the extendable strap?
Our bum bags feature an adjustable strap, which allows them to be worn either around the waist or over the shoulder as a crossbody bag.
The strap can be adjusted to a minimum length of approximately 6 inches and a maximum length of approximately 53 inches. Additionally, the strap features a metal loop system that can be used to secure any excess length.
How do I clean my bum bag?
Our bum bags are crafted entirely from cotton. For cleaning, we suggest wiping them down with cold water, reshaping while damp, and leaving them to air dry.
What material are our bum bags made from?
All of our bum bags are crafted using 100% cotton fabric, renowned for its exceptional durability and pleasingly substantial texture. This ensures that the construction is not only sturdy but also highly resilient. The strap is made from nylon and features black plastic clips, providing reliable fastening. Furthermore, the loop system, designed to secure any excess strap length, is made from metal, ensuring durability and longevity.

How long will my order take to arrive?
At checkout, you can choose between two delivery options: standard delivery and express delivery. Standard delivery takes 3-4 business days, and express delivery takes 1-2 business days. For full information on our delivery options, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

What locations do you ship to?
At present, we are only able to deliver to customers located within the United Kingdom. Please note that our carrier does not support shipments to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations within the UK.
Can I track my order?
Certainly! After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our courier containing a tracking code. This code will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any cancellations or changes. However, if you reach out to us before your order has been shipped, we will gladly assist you in canceling the order, allowing you to make any necessary changes.
